Yes - I’m flexible. I offer a wide choice of days and times so you shouldn’t have a problem finding a session time that works for you.

At my own fully equipped professional studio. You’ll be sent the full address and directions in your booking confirmation.

There is free parking directly outside the studio on evenings and weekends. At other times, there are several car parks within a few minutes walk.

Sure. It’s your time, but let's not let it get in the way of the shoot. It shouldn't be an issue on longer sessions. Let me know before your session if you’d like to do this.

Payment is normally taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

I’ve never had to reschedule a session, but I guess there is a first time for everything ! If this happens, then I’ll offer a choice of alternative dates / times at my earliest opportunity. If this doesn't work for you I will, of course, give a full refund of any payments made.

Yes. We’ll review the photos regularly during the shoot on a large screen so you can see the results. I won't make you squint at a tiny screen on the back of the camera.

This isn't something I’d normally recommend, as most of the time it isn't required. If you‘d like this then I can recommend some trusted makeup artists who I have previously worked with.

Nobody has perfect skin. Fact. Don't believe Instagram. Do your best to get plenty of sleep in the days leading up to your shoot, and drink plenty of water. Hydrate !

Don't worry too much. Retouching will correct anything that is temporary.
Photoshop will be your BFF.

Nope. Each one of your selected images is retouched by hand to a professional standard. I’m always happy to discuss any retouching requests / questions, so there will be no need for you to do this.

It’s better if you don't. Having someone watch you during your shoot can make some people more nervous and self conscious, so it’s rarely a good idea. Only do this if you are so nervous that you find the thought unbearable if you don't have someone come along ! If you do decide to bring someone along, I will need to know who will be attending in advance of your session.

Not normally, but sometimes reflections and the lens coatings can cause an issue. I’ll always try my best to eliminate this.

Please do. If you don't, you’ll be subjected to my musical tastes which you probably won't enjoy. Put a playlist together, and you can bluetooth to the studio speakers.

We’ll review the photos as the shoot progresses on a large screen, so you’ll get a chance to discuss anything you don't like, or want to correct. This is something I encourage ! I’m not precious about this, and don't have an ego, so please be honest ! Obviously, if there is anything you don't mention, there isn't anything I can do once you’ve left. There is no right to reject on the basis of style, content, composition, or editing.

Your chosen photos will be available in 7 days, sometimes sooner. If you need them urgently, I offer a priority editing and retouching option with a 48 hour turnaround. This can be selected at the booking stage or after.
